The Gulf Shores Alabama Gulf State Park Pier has been closed for a while. They did renovations, Hurricane Sally messed it up and broke a few pilings. The state of Alabama has done an excellent job trying to get it open for everyone. Today was the GRAND OPENING of the "NEW" Gulf State Park Pier. Obviously, there are many repairs that are going to be made, but this is a great accomplishment anyway. Fishing was great, we caught Sheepshead, Red Fish, Blue Fish, and Pompano. Whiting were also caught in the surf from the pier.

The Gulf Shores Alabama Gulf State Park Pier has been closed for a while. They did renovations, Hurricane Sally messed it up and broke a few pilings. The state of Alabama has done an excellent job trying to get it open for everyone. Today was the GRAND OPENING of the "NEW" Gulf State Park Pier. Obviously, there are many repairs that are going to be made, but this is a great accomplishment anyway. Fishing was great, we caught Sheepshead, Red Fish, Blue Fish, and Pompano. Whiting were also caught in the surf from the pier.

The Gulf Shores Alabama Gulf State Park Pier has been closed for a while. They did renovations, Hurricane Sally messed it up and broke a few pilings. The state of Alabama has done an excellent job trying to get it open for everyone. Today was the GRAND OPENING of the "NEW" Gulf State Park Pier. Obviously, there are many repairs that are going to be made, but this is a great accomplishment anyway. Fishing was great, we caught Sheepshead, Red Fish, Blue Fish, and Pompano. Whiting were also caught in the surf from the pier.
